Independent Property Managers Association (IPMA)

The Independent Property Managers Association (IPMA) is the professional body responsible for independent (non-real estate) property management companies in New Zealand.  Entry standards are strict and only the best property managers become members.  Rental Results is proud to be a member and adhere to its code of ethics and best practice.  You will be safe in the knowledge that any complaints can be escalated to them and dealt with appropriately.

Wellington Property Investors’ Association (WnPIA)

All effective property investors should belong to a property investors’ association, and Rental Results is proud to be a member of Wellington Property Investors’ Association.  The benefits are endless and far outweighed by the money saved when implementing the knowledge gained in your own property dealings.  

We all know people who have lost thousands of dollars by failing to do their homework before buying a property.  In one instance there was a 'notice to fix' on the property and many of the modifications did not have building consent.  Had they attended the presentation on 'How to Avoid Buying a Lemon,' they would have avoided this costly mistake.  

Feeling a bit stuck with your progress towards your goals and looking for some inspiration?  Well known Kiwi investors have both spoken at the WnPIA meetings and shared the financial strategies that keep things moving in the current climate.  Inspiring stuff.
