Penne Durdle, Property Manager |
|
Penne holds a Bachelor in Design & Interior Architecture and a Certificate in Architectural Drafting. She is an award winning kitchen designer and has had her work published in several design magazines. With a strong background in design and construction she has helped many people renovate, build and improve their homes and investments with the aim of making them more desirable to purchasers, tenants or just creating an enjoyable environment to live in.
Penne has just returned from a 2 year stint in Brisbane Australia, where she worked for a housing company as the renovation designer.
It was a natural transition for Penne to move to Property Management. She has been a landlord for over 15 years and currently owns 2 investment properties on the Western Hills of the Hutt Valley. She has also been a Body Corporate Chairperson for an inner city apartment complex where she owned 2 apartments.

5 things you never knew about me:
- I’m in the process of researching and writing a book about all my ancestors who arrived in New Zealand prior to the 1900s.
- I collect VW Kombi and Beetle memorabilia and have over 50 pieces including a beetle hubcap. Surprising enough I has never owned or driven an actual Kombi or Beetle.
- I am the descendant of some interesting characters including some founding fathers.
- During her time in Australia she explored the Australian outback in a 4wd and saw many animals that most true blue Aussies never get to see in a life time such as a platypus, koala and a two metre long snake!
- I was awarded the "most over qualified" by my classmates at the end of her degree.
